  Feng Shui Basics for Real Estate

This fundamental class introduces the philosophy, key concepts, and benefits of Feng Shui to help the real estate professional work with Feng Shui-savvy clients as well as to provide solutions for common home challenges to enhance the marketability of a home.

  In this class the agent will:
  1.   Understand Feng Shui principles and how they can benefit agents, home buyers, and sellers in increasing the value and marketability of a home.
  2.   Learn Feng Shui terminology, key concepts, and how to apply them to a home in order to work with Feng Shui-savvy clients.
  3.   Identify common Feng Shui challenges affecting home's appeal and learn practical and inexpensive solutions to correct them.
  4.   Learn the importance of furniture placement and the "room of first impression" to maximize a home's appeal.


  Feng Shui for Buying & Selling

Location, location, Feng Shui! This informative class provides an in-depth exploration of Feng Shui concepts applied to the "anatomy" of a home to create balance and emotional appeal. The class includes case studies, floor plans, practical solutions to remedy specific exterior and interior challenges, and Feng Shui tips for buying, selling and staging a home.

 

In this class the agent will:
  1.   Learn key Feng Shui principles and concepts, and how they can benefit agents, buyers and sellers to enhance the marketability and value of a home.
  2.   Learn the ideal property location features and ways to problem solve case studies of home exteriors to create appeal and overcome potential buyer objections.
  3.   Explore the anatomy of a home and learn how to correct negative environmental influences with practical and inexpensive solutions.
  4.   Learn the 4 rules of furniture to maximize each room's appeal.
  5.   Understand the Feng Shui mapping system and how to problem solve "missing areas" of concern to your clients.
  6.   Learn Feng Shui tips for successful selling and staging a home!
Note: Feng Shui Basics (Course #C4297) is recommended but not required to take this class.


  Feng Shui On-Site Home Analysis
 (3 clock hrs) - #C4279
$75

This on-site home analysis class provides a hands on opportunity for real estate professionals to put Feng Shui knowledge into practice by focusing on an actual home in real conditions. Class provides personal attention for 6-8 agents at one agent's listing or home (with permission granted in advance). The home will be analyzed from a Feng Shui perspective as to its marketability and Feng Shui appeal.

Prerequisite: Agents must complete one of the school's 3 or 5 hour Feng Shui courses which covers fundamental Feng Shui concepts or have completed a clock-hour Feng Shui course through another real estate school. Agents are encouraged to review their previous class notes prior to attending.

 

In this class the agent will:
  1.   Analyze the exterior of a home and make Feng Shui recommendations to enhance its value and marketability.
  2.   Conduct an interior analysis of a home including spatial layout, décor, and furniture placement with recommendations to maximize the appeal of each room in the home.
  3.   Identify a prioritized action plan for suggested implementation.

  Feng Shui Basics & Home Analysis

This 6 hour class combines Feng Shui Basics with the On-Site Home Analysis class. Two certificates will be issued—one for each class. A lunch break is scheduled between classes. Class provides personal attention for 8-12 agents at one agent's listing or home (with permission granted in advance).

  In this class the agent will:
  1.   Understand Feng Shui principles and how they can benefit agents, home buyers, and sellers in increasing the value and marketability of a home.
  2.   Learn Feng Shui terminology, key concepts, and how to apply them to a home in order to work with Feng Shui-savvy clients.
  3.   Identify common Feng Shui challenges affecting home's appeal and learn practical and inexpensive solutions to correct them.
  4.   Learn the importance of furniture placement and the "room of first impression" to maximize a home's appeal.
